Divers entering the park must stop at the Registration Shelter located on the left. Divers must sign the Registration & Release Form at the Shelter. Diving Fees are paid on entrance at the Registration Shelter. Lake Diving Rules & Regulations and a training map of the lake's diving and training features are available at the Shelter. If the Shelter is unattended, divers may sign the registration form, use the envelope to deposit the diving fees in the deposit box, and pick up a copy of the Rules & Regulations, and Lake Map available at the Shelter. If a rope is blocking the entrance at the Registration Shelter, take down the rope to enter and please put it back up.

Capital Scuba Dive Shop is located to the right of the Registration Shelter providing rental equipment, air, diving accessories, and instruction.
